Who we are
We are a multidisciplinary team working across strategic communication, design, digital content and audiovisual production. Our combined experience includes projects for international organisations, civil society organisations and public institutions, particularly in the areas of human rights, gender equality and social change.
We have developed visual and editorial work addressing women’s rights, Indigenous women’s rights, LGBTQI+ rights, parity democracy, freedom of expression and harassment-free environments. These projects have involved turning research, data and human rights analysis into publications, infographics, digital experiences and other accessible visual formats for diverse audiences.
We are particularly experienced in translating complex information, research and lived experiences into clear, engaging and accessible communication narratives that can work across publications, digital platforms and audiovisual formats.

Graphic Designer specialising in visual communication, with extensive experience working with international organisations and NGOs. Her work spans visual identities, publications, reports, digital platforms, campaigns, infographics, data visualisation and multimedia content, with human rights as a cross-cutting focus. Former Art Director at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR).
Arianna Orozco
Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist
Bogotá, Colombia
More than 10 years of experience in communications and knowledge management with NGOs, multilateral organisations and the private sector, on climate change, human rights, humanitarian action and development. She makes complex ideas clear and accessible, and helps organisations structure and make better use of their knowledge.

Graphic Designer
Buenos Aires, Argentina
Strategic Designer specialising in design, communication and sustainability. She develops visual identities, publications, presentations, communication materials and websites, and designs and facilitates participatory processes grounded in social and environmental responsibility.

Communications consultant specialising in cinematic language, with fifteen years of experience in academic outreach and policy advocacy. Producer of educational audiovisual content for universities and NGOs, and campaign strategist for initiatives advocating for public education and human rights.

Ten years of experience across civil society and international organisations, specialising in human rights, gender equality and social justice in Latin America and the Caribbean. Her work includes communication strategy, campaign development, editorial coordination, digital engagement and media relations.

Full-Stack Developer | Technical Lead
Campo Grande, Brazil
Software developer with 20 years of professional experience in full-stack development, backend engineering, systems architecture and IT infrastructure. He has developed software solutions for organisations such as ILGA World, including enterprise systems, custom platforms and the modernization of legacy systems.
How we work
We work collaboratively and assemble teams according to the needs of each project. We combine the group’s capacities and, when necessary, bring in professionals and specialists from our network. This model lets us take on projects of different scales and characteristics, integrating disciplines, experiences and perspectives without applying a predetermined structure or solution.
Across formats, we aim to create coherent visual and narrative systems that can be adapted and used by organisations over time. We think about audiovisual work not as a standalone product, but as part of a broader communication ecosystem that can generate content for websites, social media and other channels.
Experience
Our combined experience includes collaborations with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), Equality Now, ILGA World, Norwegian People’s Aid, Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), among others, with a strong focus on human rights, gender equality and social change.
This path has given us experience in human rights and social change, especially in the Americas, as well as a perspective on working across countries, cultures, languages and audiences.
